Chika Xicana Scholarship

The, Where you from ese?, scholarship aka the Chika Xicana scholarship was created to help Latinx people as well as Latinx DACA students. We believe that it is important to educate our gente as well as provide them with the tools to help them succeed. We understand how hard it is to come from a Latinx family and want to make it easier for our gente to get an education. We want to hear your stories, your struggles, your goals, aspiration, and how you plan on giving back to the latinx community.

Requirements

1. You must be Latinx or a Latinx DACA student
2. 18-27 years of age or a senior in high school
3. Attending community college or a 4 year University
4. Please fill out form down below
5. Your favorite old and new family photos (2-4)
6. Write a 6-8 page essay on where you are from, your struggle, your goals, aspirations, and how you plan to give back to the Latinx community. Show us why you deserve this scholarship.
